The 2014-15 English Premier League fixtures has been released today.

Manchester City will begin the defence of their Barclays Premier League crown away against Newcastle United in one of the stand-out opening-day fixtures of the 2013/14 season.

Liverpool will start their season against Southampton at Anfield and then face Manchester City and Tottenham away.

Manchester United‘s new manager Louis Van Gaal will start his Red devils career against Swansea at home.

Chelsea will face newly promoted side Burnley and Arsenal will host Crystal Palace on the opening day.

Tottenham Hotspur will begin life with Mauricio Pochettino against West Ham at Upton Park.

Arsenal first five Premier League fixtures: Palace (H), Everton (A), Leicester (A), Man City (H), Villa (A).

Chelsea first five Premier League fixtures: Burnley (A), Leicester (H), Everton (A), Swansea (H), Man City (A).

Manchester City first five Premier League games: Newcastle (A), Liverpool (H), Stoke (H), Arsenal (A), Chelsea (H).

Liverpool’s first five Premier League fixtures: Southampton (H) ,Man City (A)Spurs (A), Aston Villa (H), West Ham (A).

First Merseyside derby is away at Anfield on Sep 27 and the return fixture at Goodison is on Feb 7.

The 2013/14 season’s other eye-catching fixtures are:
Manchester City vs Liverpool on 23rd August.
Chelsea vs. Arsenal on 4th October
Manchester United vs Chelsea on 25th October
Manchester United vs. Liverpool on 13th December.
