A day after Brendan Rodgers’ departure from Liverpool Football Club, let us take a look back on all his signings.

Brendan Rodgers brought in 31 players, during his Liverpool reign of just over three years. Among those four were on loan.

We will be rating his signings by hit, okay or miss depending upon their impact at Anfield.

Overall, Rodgers spent £291.5m which, with the Danny Ings tribunal to be set, will probably end up at £300m.

He sold players to the value of £200m, meaning a net spend of £100m – an average of £14.2m for every transfer window.

We will be rating each of the players the Northern Irishman bought and will rate them according to the order in which they were signed.

So, with so much spent and so many misses in the list, Rodgers is lucky he survived for more than three years. Fenway Sports Group were kind to let him be in charge at the club after wasting so much money they invested.

Although, not all misses are bad players. Many of the misses were not even given enough chance to make an impression.
