After an exhilarating week in Europe, the Premier League is back in action in full this weekend. There are a number of games that will catch the eye of the fans and will have an effect on the points table but the biggest game this weekend is scheduled at the Stamford Bridge.

Hiddink’s Chelsea take on Manchester City this weekend in a crunch game for both sides. City are high from their exploits in Europe and will be hoping to keep their top-4 place safe with another victory this weekend. But it will not be easy against a Chelsea side that have been hard to beat recently.

Here are 5 talking points from this game:

  1. Can Chelsea bounce back?

After a prolonged run in the Premier League since taking over Stamford Bridge, Guus Hiddink finally lost his first game against Swansea City last weekend. The Blues looked devoid of ideas at the Liberty stadium and will have get back to their best to get anything from this game. Though it is not beyond them, the hosts will find it hard to get one over a confident Manchester City side.
