Carlos Bacca’s agent has come up with a great news for several European elites who are chasing the Colombian striker, according to Metro UK. Sergio Barila, the player’s agent has revealed that the player may opt to experiment new advenutres. Bacca has been shortlisted by many teams, predominantly by Premier League Champions, Chelsea.
Bacca came into limelight after scoring a brace for Sevilla in the UEFA Europa League final. It was his second Europa Leauge triumph, the previous time he did it with the same team in 2014.
This attracted several European giants and they plotted bids for the 29-year-old Colombian. But he opted to join AC Milan in 2015, which saw the Italian club paying 30 million Euros for the player. Since, he has managed to sustain his purple patch of form, scoring 15 times for AC Milan in 28 appearances across all competitions.
Now, the player’s agent has spoken that the player may leave AC Milan for a better team. The agent also revealed that along with some European clubs, some Chinese clubs are also interested in the player.
“In football you can never say today what will happen tomorrow,” Sergio Barila told. “In addition to Chinese clubs, important European clubs also came forward in January. I cannot speak about the future with certainty.”
He is famous for his pace, aggression in front of goal and determination to score. Provided, he is in the peak of his career, it is expected that Carlos Bacca may join some bigger clubs, where he has more probable chances of winning any silverware.
He has also made 25 appearances for Colombian national team, and has scored eight goals.
