Zlatan Ibrahimovic is welcome at Manchester United says Anthony Martial, if the Sweden international chooses to move to the Premier League club in the summer transfer window at the end of the season after his contract expires with Paris Saint-Germain.

With Arsenal and Chelsea also being interested in the Paris St Germain ace, Manchester United want Zlatan to choose them over their Premier League rivals. United are willing to match his high wage demands although the Sweden international is going to turn 35 in this October.

Although Paris St Germain will surely try to extend Ibrahimovic’s contract, but it looks like the 34-year-old striker has already made up his mind and is determined to leave his current club by letting the contract expire. And the Premier league is going to be his probable destination. The Red Devils forward Anthony Martial has requested Manchester United to sign superstar forward Zlatan Ibrahimovic this summer.

Talksport claims despite interests from Chelsea and Arsenal, reports say United will beat the other teams with the budget they are going to have next summer and are still favourite to land the superstar at the Old Trafford.

Anthony Martial, who has impressed in his debut season at Old Trafford, has expressed his views about playing alongside Zlatan Ibrahimovic. As he has already played against Zlatan during his days at Monaco, Martial described the Paris St Germain forward as “Extraordinary” by saying:

“It would be good, he is an extraordinary player,” the 20-year-old told Telefoot.

After United’s 3-0 defeat to Tottenham at the White Hart Lane, Martial said: “He is an extraordinary player — he won almost everything.”

“He has won nearly everything and he is still performing well despite his age.”
