Remember Alvaro Negredo? He could be back in the Premier League as the former Manchester City striker has been offered to the Premier League rivals Arsenal and Liverpool.
Valencia had signed Negredo on a seaon-long loan with an option of buying him in the summer. Valencia are now looking to offload the striker just days after completing the permanent deal for the £23million rated striker.
Negredo enjoyed a successful first season in the Premier League for Manchester City scoring 23 goals in the season but after failing to adapt to life in England, Negredo joined Valencia.
However, Negredo’s load spell did not turn out to be a fruitful one as the striker could only manager 6 goals in 34 appearances and now Negredo has been offered back to the Premier League with Arsenal, Liverpool and Everton linked with the Spaniard.
Arsenal and Liverpool are still hunting for their prolific strikers after their prime targets tipped to join other clubs.
Jackson Martinez, linked with Arsenal is close to agreeing a deal with AC Milan while Liverpool’s wish to sign Radamel Falcao is getting slimmer with Chelsea poised to make a swoop for the former Manchester United man.
How successful or stable Negredo will be in the Premier League is is yet to be seen but the Striker does know, how to score goals in England. That is one factor which might convince Arsenal and Liverpool to make an attempt to sig the beast.
