The Premier League this weekend saw a number of incredible results yet again, as it continues to improve its reputation of being the most competitive league in Europe.

The teams from the bottom of the table, managed to get some important victories while teams at the top lost some valuable points in their race to the top.

But one team that is finding some crucial form this time of the season is Ronald Koeman’s Everton.

The Merseyside outfit, who are currently in the 7th place just  points off a place in the Champions League, have now picked up 13 points from their last 5 games this season and are slowly moving up the points table.

They put in a commanding performance in one of the games of the season at the weekend when they welcome Eddie Howe’s Bournemouth side to the Goodison Park on Saturday.

Romelu Lukaku opened the scoring in the 1st minute and went on to pick up three more goals after that and though King and Arter put the pressure on the Blues with three 2nd half goals, Everton ran away 6-3 winners on the night.

James McCarthy got one in the first half but the most interesting incident in the game happened in stoppage time.

English attacker Ross Barkley, had a decent game right from the start and was all over the Cherries right until the end.

He picked up a goal in stoppage time in the second half but the way he scored the goal might anger a few fans in the world of football.

The 23-year old picked up a dangerous position in the final third in the 94th minute as he latched on to a ball over the top to steer clear of the Bournemouth defense.

He managed to breach the offside trap and went on to find the back of the net but Barkley did something that is not seen very often in the modern game.

The Everton striker, managed to round off Artur Brouc on goal and smashed the ball into the back of an empty net but he was seen celebrating even before he kicked the ball for the goal.

The 23-year old found plenty of space in behind the Bournemouth defense and as he went around the keeper, Barkley knew he was going to score and started celebrating.

Here is a video of the same:

It looks cool as he managed to finish off the goal but if he had missed, Barkley, could have become the next best troll on the internet.

But now that it came off, it is a clip  that is constantly doing the round on social media. But do you think Barkley showed disrespect towards the opponents with his gestures?
