Antonio Conte has helped Chelsea to their second league title in three years, in what was his first season in England as a player or as a manager.
He also went close to lifting the FA Cup against Arsenal on the final day of the season but will be happy with the progress his side has made in the recent campaign.
There were a number of star performers at the squad, who might not be able to keep a place in the revamped Chelsea side for the next season and one player who has constantly been linked with an exit from the Bridge is Spanish midfielder, Cesc Fabregas.

The former Barcelona man joined the Stamford Bridge couple of years ago and has helped Chelsea to two league titles already.
He was arguably the most influential player in the first triumph, under then manager Jose Mourinho, but not so much in the last term under Conte.
However, he was an influential player coming off the bench and making an impact in almost every game and has been an important part of the squad even under the Italian manager.
Conte was determined to sell him, with Manchester United, AC Milan and Liverpool all interested but in what is a shocking U-turn from Conte, he might not more be up for sale this summer.
According to reports from the Daily Star, Chelsea boss Antonio Conte has dropped all his plans to sell the 30-year old and regards him as an asset to the club for the next season.
Fabregas himself recently revealed that he is comfortable with the way his career is going at the moment.
In a recent interview, he said, ‘Every player wants to play more,’

‘This is in the genes of a winner. I am one of them and I will never put my head down or hands down. I want to fight.
‘[I’m] not necessarily [wanting to leave Chelsea], but, in football, you can never say never. Everything can happen.
‘I feel loved by the fans here. Every time I have played, I have shown I can play at the top level in this team, by far,” he added.
So it does not look like Fabregas is in a hurry to quit Chelsea and Conte might use him yet again as an impact sub, dashing Mourinho’s hope of a reunion at Old Trafford.
