As per the latest reports, Arsenal are all clear to sign FC Porto star winger Yacine Brahimi for £40million this summer. The 25-year old has been in the form of his life and the Gunners want the player in their ranks.

The player joined FC porto last summer from Granada for a reported fee of €6.5 million. The Algerian can operate as No.10 behind the striker and can also play as a winger. He can add more versatility to the attack as he managed to score 5 champions League goals in 9 appearences this season.

Brahimi currently has contract with FC Porto until 2019, but has drawn interest from the likes of Bayern Munich, Manchester United, Manchester City and PSG besides Arsenal.

Porto are clearly looking to hold on their key player as they stamped a whopping £40 million price tag on Brahimi. The Gunners are very busy in Portugal as they are also looking to sign Brahimi’s fellow team-mate Jackson Martinez this summer as they want to win Premier League next season at any cost.

Arsenal need to act quick to sign the player as the likes of Bayern Munich have already contacted the player’s agent earlier for a potential move this summer.
