Jose Mourinho has been cleared by The FA and will not face any further action for the sexual abuse charges directed towards Eva Carneiro. Mourinho was charged with using abusive language towards Carneiro when the pair had an argument on the touchline on the opening day of the season.

Mourinho was rather critical of his former doctor when she ran on the pitch treat an injured Eden Hazard against Mourinho’s wish. What followed was weeks of verbal jibes and intense media scrutiny towards the club and Jose Mourinho.

People within the game were against Chelsea and Mourinho as they thought that Eva was harshly treated at the club. Eva was not allowed to enter training ground, games and even team hotels. It led to the 42-year old physio quit her role as the team physio and take legal action against Mourinho and the club.

The appeal had first gone to The FA, who revealed their verdict today and cleared Jose Mourinho of any such charge. The decision has not gone well the defense party, who are planning to take further action against the Portuguese. As things stand, Mourinho is not guilty of any ill action towards Eva and will not face any charge or punishment for his alleged actions.
