Sergio Ramos has been constantly linked with a move to Manchester United in last few days. Those rumors became a concrete news when the Spanish Daily AS reported a €30million plus David De Gea offer from United to sign Sergio Ramos.
According to AS, Manchester United are ready to press ahead with a move for Spaniard and take advantage of his contract stand-off with Real Madrid. According to Guardian, Ramos has been looking for an improved deal only to be shrugged off by the Real Madrid hierarchy.
This has opened a way for Manchester United to swoop in for the star defender. Real Madrid have been desperate to tie up a deal for David De Gea and United are prepared to waiting game in order to lure Ramos away from Bernabeu.
If reports are to be believed, Old Trafford club have offered Ramos a stunning £8.5million-a-year contract offer to sign for the club. Those figures will double Sergio Ramos’ current salary at Real Madrid.
