Chelsea winger, Alex Kiwomya, has been loaned out to League One side Fleetwood Town in the hopes that he gains much needed first team experience. The loan deal is reported to be only one month long and will be used to see if there is scope for an extension for the deal. The Chelsea youngsters have a really hot market due to their impeccable skills and the fact that they are available without a fee, making for a low probability in case they do not perform as expected.
Kiwomya has been blessed with lightning speed and is the son of former Chelsea great, Chris Kiwomya. He had also set a record in the 100m sprint when he was a youngster and is a winger in the mould of fellow Englishman, Theo Walcott.
He already has two FA Youth Cups, a UEFA Youth League title and an Under 21 Premier Title already in his belt and will be looking to dominate the opposing fullbacks over at his new temporary home. He has already passed 100 appearances at Chelsea youth team and will be looking to add a lot more of first team action at the Fleetwood side.
He was loaned to Barnsley last season and had a moderately successful time initially but his progress was later hampered by a managerial change at the club and subsequent recall from the parent club, Chelsea. He joins the 30 odd fellow youngsters from Chelsea out on loan and will certainly be a player to keep an eye on over the next month.
