Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho is set to sign a new deal that is worth more than £40m for a period of four years which would see him being at Stamford Bridge till 2019.

Reports suggest that Roman Abramovich is very happy with the progress of Chelsea as they have clinched League-Cup double this season and their first Premier League title in five years and rewarded Mourinho with new contract that will see him earn nearly £10.5m per season and around £200k every week.

Chelsea are set to complete the negotiations soon and an official announcement is expected in the coming two weeks. Interestingly, Spanish news papers have taken Mourinho’s success positively and praised the manager for turning Chelsea into a dominating side in England desppite falling out with media during his Real Madrid’s tenure.

Europe is in praise for the tactical master as he attained great success with such a side and aalso with no financial loss as he balanced the books with selling the likes of David Luiz over the summer. The former Real Madrid manager have once again become “The Special One” as Chelsea fans termed him last season.

There is no chance for other clubs to bid for the services of Mourinho as the 52-year old is considering to stay at Chelsea for a long time and create a dynasty for the future and to dominate in Champions League in the coming seasons.
