Italian media has been long speculating about the possible transfer move for the highly rated Juventus defender Daniele Rugani. Some suggesting of a loan move while some tipping him to leave Turin on a permanent basis.

Calciomercato have come out claiming that Arsenal and Manchester United have both made concrete offers to sign the 21-year old defender. So far, Juventus have not responded to those bids and we are taking them as bids being turned down.

However, that does not mean that Gunners and Red Devils have stopped chasing the highly rated Italian players. Rugani is struggling to play first team football this season (only 2 minutes) after playing every minute of league action for his loan side Empoli.

Juventus know the rish they are taking as Rugani will not hold back and will push for a move out of the club id he does not get enough playing time. According to reports, Arsenal are the keener of the two Premier League clubs in bringing Rugani to English Football.
