Juventus legend Alessandro Del Piero is in talks with Indian Super League outfit Delhi Dynamos.

According to reports, Del Piero has agreed personal terms with Delhi Dynamos. He will join the likes of Luis Garcia and Robert Pires in the Indian Super League. Del Piero scored 290 goals in 705 appearances for Juventus, winning six Serie A titles and UEFA Champions league once. The Italian international also won the Fifa World Cup in 2006.

Earlier, Del Piero’s agent confirmed Goal.com that the Italian international has been considering offers from India.

“During the last (few) weeks, we have received inquiries from several teams, not only from India but also from other countries. There is a lot of interest in Alessandro,” he told Goal.

Delhi Dynamos is owned by DEN network.  Vaibhav Manchandra, son of DEN Network’s owner when asked whether they have signed their marquee player refused to comment.

 Vaibhav Manchandra :“We will announce at an appropriate time.”

Del Piero last played for Australian outfit Sydney in the A-League. He scored 24 goals in 48 appearances and won the Sydney FC Player of the Year Award.
