Apparently Diego Maradona has slapped a Journalist in Argentina as the reporter in question is alleged to have winked at Maradona’s ex-wife Veronica Ojeda, who is also the mother of his child Diego Fernando. I am no expert but if you are a reporter/journalist and you decide to mess with Diego Maradona or his wife, I do not expect you to get anything better than what this guy did.

The website 101 Great Goals reported that Maradona was trailed by a large pack of journalists when he was travelling with his children in Buenos Aires on Saturday. Knowing Maradona and his short-temper, it was no surprise that Diego took matters in his own hands as he felt his wife was disrespected by the journalist.

The former Argentinian footballer got out of his car before angrily confronting one particular journalist after being mobbed by a lot of reporters. Maradona was also caught on camera calling the man an “idiot” before striking him across the face with a slap.

Here is a vide of the entire incident and a friendly advice to all – Do Not Mess with Maradona unless you want the Hand of God on your face.
