Pep Guardiola is willing to offer out-of-favour striker Wilfried Bony as part of John Stones deal as the striker is considered as a £15m makeweight in the £50m rated deal.
The Citizens have already signed young Brazilian striker Gabriel Jesus for a massive £27m earlier this week and Bony is now considered surplus to City’s requirements.
Bony who has joined City back in January 2015 from Swansea for a massive £28m has managed to score only 6 goals in Premier League over the past 18 months and is looking for a new club to revive his career.
Manager Pep Guardiola has made John Stones as his primary defensive target having already strengthened both attack and midfield. Everton are looking for £50m but are also happy to accept Bony as part of the deal, according to The Sun.
Manchester City have already offered a massive £40m bid to secure Stones but Everton had rejected the offer. However, with Bony included in the deal, the Toffees are willing to reduce their price in the deal.
Chelsea are chasing down Everton to sign their premier striker Romelu Lukaku and the signing of Wilfried Bony would give Everton- a proven Premier League striker going into the new season under Ronald Koeman.
Chelsea have already made a massive £57m bid to take back their former player to Stamford Bridge but Everton rejected the offer as the Toffees want as much as £75m for the Belgian striker.
