Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane has created history after his sensational outing against Leicester City.

The 23-year old’s four goals has helped Spurs clinch a memorable victory at King Power Stadium as they won the game comfortably by 6-1.

The four goals at King Power on Thursday night meant Harry Kane now has 26 Premier League goals to his name in the ongoing season in just 29 appearances.

He has also managed to eclipse the goal tally of Everton’s striker Romelu Lukaku (24) and Alexis Sanchez. The English international has expressed his delight after his first four goal feat and has expressed his desire to hit 30 league goals.

He is now the favorite to win the Golden Boot in Premier League for 2016-17 season and have also managed to create few records for himself during his four goal haul on the night.

He became only the fifth player in the history of Premier League to score 25+ goals in consecutive seasons as he managed to stand beside the likes of legends like Robbie Fowler, Alan Shearer, Thierry Henry and Robin van Persie.

He has also become the fifth player ever in the history of Premier League to score three or more hat tricks in a single season. The 23-year old’s hat trick also meant he is now level with Bayern Munich’s Robert Lewandowski and Napoli’s Dries Mertens with three hat tricks in the ongoing season.

Apart from the above records, Kane also became the fifth Tottenham player to score four goals in a single game for the club.

The likes of Jermain Defoe, Robbie Keane, Dimitar Berbatov and Jurgen Klinsmann have achieved the feat earlier.

The 23-year old is definitely one of the best strikers in Premier League and is slowly developing into a world class central forward. His incredible form meant he could also draw interest from numerous European heavyweights in the coming years.

Kane is only getting better and it remains to be seem if Spurs will let him leave in the future especially considering his importance to the side.

The English international should continue his great work in front of goal for the North Londoners as the club are moulding perfectly under Pochettino and could eye more success in  Europe next year.
