According to Daily Mail, Manchester United young players are keen to leave Old Trafford this summer as they fear that their chances of making to the first team are blocked by the arrival of Jose Mourinho.
The new Manchester United manager have spent heavily this summer to bring in world-class signings to the club in a bid to reclaim Premier League in the current season.
Former managers Louis van Gaal as well as David Moyes have brought in some academy players as they helped them develop as a player, but Mourinho have had a bad record as manager when it comes to giving young players enough chances in the first team.
It is reported that the representatives of the young players are keen to find an escape route as they feel the heavy spending have lessened their chances of breaking into the first team this season.
Youngsters Donald Love and Paddy McNair has already left to Sunderland on a permanent deal as they don’t see their future at Old Trafford. Adnan Januzaj have also left Old Trafford for Sunderland on a season-long loan deal.
Nick Powell and Joe Rothwell have also left the club. James Wier is reportedly close to leaving the club on loan.
It is reported that the likes of Tyler Blackett, James Wilson and Will Keane also poised to leave the club this summer as they don’t see much of a chance to break into the first team in this season. The above three players are reportedly willing to leave the club permanently rather than on loan.
However, another academy graduate Marcus Rashford is not interested in leaving the club as he is a big part in Jose Mourinho’s plan for the coming season.
