According to the latest reports from The Sun, Liverpool outcast Tiago Ilori is set to move away from Anfield this summer as Greek outfit Olympiacos is interested to sign the 23-year old defender.
The Portuguese U-23 international has just participated in Rio Olympic games and the Reds are willing to sell the defender as he is not going to be part of any first team action this season.
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp feels that the defender is not ready for Premier League and Greek giants Olympiacos are keen to make a £5 million as they are close to an agreement over a transfer.
Ilori has moved to Liverpool in 2013 for £7 million from Sporting Lisbon after his impressive performances in youth football but has failed to break into Liverpool first team.
Ilori has failed to develop into the player Liverpool wanted him to be and the club are now ready to let him go as he is considered surplus to their requirements.
He had spent loan spells at Granada, Bordeaux, and Aston Villa but has failed to impress Klopp as Liverpool are willing to let the player move on. Olympiacos manager Paulo Bento has been tracking the defender during his days in Sporting Lisbon is confident to close the deal.
The 23-year old has not featured in Premier League despite having a loan spell at Aston Villa but have made three league cup appearances for Liverpool last season.
