It was just yesterday when the story broke about Arsenal Chief executive Ivan Gazidis expressed his dissatisfaction over Arsenal’s and Arsene Wenger’s performance this season.

Not long after Gazidis’s astonishing remarks, Borussia Dortmund manager Jurgan Klopp has asked his current contract with Dortmund to be terminated. The news has just broken to the football world and many are predicting Jurgan Klopp to replace Arsene Wenger as the next manager at Arsenal.

Klopp’s decision to quit on his love affair with Dortmund comes as a major shock to the footballing world after the manager had earlier claimed to not walk on the club he has taken form the second division of German football to go on and be the Bundesliga champions for 2 consecutive seasons.

Jurgan Klopp is understood to have run out of patience with Dortmund as they have constantly sold their best players. Likes of Shinji Kagawa, Mario Gotze, Robert Lewandowski have been sold in previous seasons with a strong belief of Mats Hummels and Marco Reus leaving in the summer as well.

Arsenal and Manchester City are front runners to be Klopp’s next destination as bookmakers have revealed the odds for Jurgan Klopp’s next team. As per Skybet, Manchester City are the favorites with an odd of (1.6) while Arsenal are second best priced club with an odd of (4.0).

Jurgan Klopp with his decision to quit Dortmund next season has just become the hottest property in world football and clubs like Arsenal, Manchester City and Liverpool all will be interested in bringing the talented manager to their club.

Manchester City have expressed their desires of bringing Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers at Etihad but after Klopp’s shocking decision, City need to assess their options and think whom they want in charge of their club next season.

Amid all of this, an alarm bell must be ringing in Arsene Wenger’s head as his recent public criticism could mean that the Arsenal owners are thinking of replacing the Frenchman next season with the exuberance and fire of Jurgan Klopp.
