Gerard Deulofeu

Rome, Jan 24 (IANS) Spanish striker Gerard Deulofeu has signed a loan contract with AC Milan until June 30 this year from England’s Everton, according to the Italian football side.

“AC Milan announces to have signed the player Gerard Deulofeu on a loan deal from Everton FC, until June 30,” said the club in a brief statement on its website, accompanied by a photo of the player and the club’s CEO, Adriano Galliani, reports Efe.

The player underwent the relevant medical tests on Monday morning after which he went to the headquarters of the club to sign the contract.

He then went to Milan sports centre in Milanello to meet his new coach, Vincenzo Montella and his teammates.
