In his latest press conference, Louis van Gaal slayed the media in every sense possible. Raged with the rumours about his sacking, the Dutchman questioned the audacity of the press. He also added saying, ‘’Has anybody in this room not a feeling to apologise to me?” said Van Gaal. “That’s what I am wondering.’’ He indirectly mentioned about Jose taking over his position and the rumours about the same. Louis seemed frustrated of the press’ fake rumours and their outlook towards the situation.
The media wasn’t allowed to put forth their questions as the furious manager walked away soon. The presser lasted just 4 minutes and 58 seconds. His last words to the media were, “You have to stick by the facts and when I get calls from Ed Woodward, Sir Alex Ferguson and David Gill, because you are creating something that is not good, that is not being the facts, and now I have to answer questions. I don’t think I want to do it.
“I am focused on Stoke City. I wish you a merry Christmas and also maybe a Happy New Year when I see you.”
“Enjoy the wine and a mince pies.”
And he walked away.
Here’s how Twitter reacted to this controversial press conference..
I love LVG! Wines, mince pies goodbye!!

Only the most gullible #mufc fans will play LVG’s game and turn attention away from results/performances

That was LVG’s best moment at United. Sticking it to the press like a United manager hadn’t done since Fergie. Ace.

How can a manger be in the game as long as LVG, yet remain seemingly offended and annoyed about speculation? Comes with the pay packet…

I like LvG’s character and do feel a tad sorry for him today, but the matter of the fact is, he shouldn’t be in charge of Manchester United.

Actually feel sorry for LVG.

If United do end up sacking LVG , I hope they do it with more class than the awful way they treated Moyes

Louis van Gaal literally slayed the media in his latest presser

LVG upset with speculation in the press over his future and journalists writing those stories hence the walk out. #mufc
