Under the massive pressure from the Liverpool fans who want Brendan Rodgers to be sacked from the job of the manager of Liverpool, Sky Sports reported that former Borussia Dortmund boss Jurgen Klopp is interested in working in the Premier League.

Under massive pressure from the fans who are desperate to see the Northern Irishman get sacked, Rodgers faced Tim Sherwood’s Aston Villa side in a do or die game and won it but pressure has not still eased on his head.

Amid, the speculation of Rodgers being under fire, a name that has been linked with the job is former Borussia Dortmund manager Jurgen Klopp. Although, most of the rumours are made from the desperation of the fans to see the German in charge at Liverpool, replacing Brendan Rodgers.

Jurgen Klopp is now on a sabbatical after leaving signal Iduna Park in the summer and seems to enjoy his vacation. But Sky sports claimed that the German is considering to cut short his sabbatical if he was offered job from a Premier League club.

According to Sky, “At this point, the German has had no interest or contact from Liverpool” but their claim about his consideration to cut short of his sabbatical may be an indication towards Liverpool.

Former LFC striker Robbie Fowler has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to the reports that Klopp is interested in becoming the new Liverpool boss (although he has not mentioned the German by name).

Brendan Rodgers might have thought a win against Aston Villa will give him relief and he can keep his job but the media is not letting him take any moment of peace as rumours about Klopp is still flooding in the internet.

Klopp was brilliant with Borussia Dortmund in his seven seasons at Signal Iduna Park winning Bundesliga twice, DFB Pokal once, DFB Supercup twice and also finished as runners-up in UEFA champions League 2012-13.

He was awarded German Football Manager of the Year twice and also was runners up in FIFA World Coach of the Year in 2013.

Klopp is massively popular among the fans for his passion on the sidelines, determination and working well with a weaker team making them world class. He temporarily broke Bayern’s domination in Germany and also made some world class talents reach their potentials like Robert Lewandowski, Mario Gotze, Mats Hummels, Shinji Kagawa, Nuri Sahin and many more.
