Vasco (Goa), Oct 14 (IANS) The Indian U-19 football team defeated Thailand’s Chonburi FC 2-1 in their last home match of the FAM-FRENZ Asia Champions Trophy 2015 here on Wednesday. A late goal by captain Daniel Lalhlimpuia gave the Indian colts much needed three points and propelled them to first in the Group A standings at the Tilak Maidan. India earlier defeated Malaysia’s Frenz United A 2-1. On Wednesday, India took an early lead in the 6th minute. Chonburi equalised at the stroke of half time. India scored the match-winning goal in the 89th minute.
