Dhaka, Dec 17: India outclassed Bhutan 3-0 in the football match opener of the inaugural edition of the SAFF U-15 Championship being held at the Mohammad Mostofa Kamal Stadium here on Sunday.

In a lopsided encounter — Kritina, Priyanka and Pratiksha scored in the 4th, 11th and 19th minutes respectively to end to Bhutan’s hopes.

India struck early in the match with Kritina breaking the deadlock. Later, a flurry of attacks followed with Priyanka doubling the lead.

Defender Pratiksha too etched her name on the score sheet after she piled on Bhutan’s misery scoring the third goal for India.

India, thus grabbed three points from the match and they will next clash with Nepal on December 19.
