The transfer window this summer has been a busy time in England with clubs all over the country making a number of top class signings and also making sure that they reduce their wage burdens.
Premier League outfit Liverpool have also been a busy side with the new manager Jurgen Klopp entering into his first full season in England.
However, the window has been far from perfect for the Reds, who though did not lose any of their star players, have not really been able to cement glaring holes in the squad.
Though he has bought some top class talent to the squad this summer, the manager is still busy on the deadline day trying to let go of players that do not fit the bill at Anfield.
One such player who is only recently linked with a move away from the club in the transfer window is fan favourite Daniel Sturridge.
The England international is easily one of the best strikers in the league at the moment but he has not been able to keep himself fit for long periods and has fallen down the pecking order under Jurgen Klopp.
The German manager has used the likes of Divock Origi and Roberto Firmino ahead of the 26-year old and this has given rise to rumours that he is unsettled at the club.
In the recent game at White Hart Lane, Origi came into the game as a sub with 20 minutes to play while Sturridge got just a few and a snap that pictured him disgusted was doing the rounds all over social media.
And reports later came out claiming Arsenal might be able to land the striker before deadline day even after acquiring the services of Lucas Perez only recently.
It is understood that bookies have now slashed the odds of Sturridge signing for Arsenal from 7/1 to 27/10 which might be a sign of a huge transfer before the deadline day.
However, it is also reported that Klopp is not ready to let the prolific goalscorer go this summer and is reluctant to sell even if Arsenal make a move in the coming hours.
Do you think Sturridge will move to Arsenal today?
