Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool are one of the busy sides in the international break with most of the first team players seriously involved in games with their national side.
Phillipe Coutinho, Daniel Sturridge and Adam Lallana were all on target as the Reds continued their decent form in the league in the international break.
But that has not stopped the manager from scouting for top transfer targets with the club linked with some of the best players in Europe. Here are all such transfer rumors and other interesting stories coming out of Anfield today:
Liverpool back in for Dahoud:
The German youngster is one of the most exciting players in his position in Europe at the moment and Liverpool failed to land him in the summer even after making a bid.
He has just 18 months left on his contract and Liverpool are now ready to make a £26m bid for the midfielder for a move in January. (Express)
Liverpool to share price of private jet with Chelsea and Manchester City:
The three Premier League clubs have a total of 5 players on international duty with Brazil and have now decided to hire a private flight to get them back to England in time for the games at the weekend.
Philippr Coutinho, Roberto Firmino, Willian, David Luiz and Fernandinho are all expected to be on the plane that will cost the Premier League clubs a total of £120k for the flight. (Mirror)
London duo interested in Daniel Sturridge:
The English forward was on target in the 3-1 victory over Scotland and his lack of first team appearances at Anfield might see Arsenal and Tottenham make a move for him in January.
Sturridge is not the first choice under Klopp but is not expected to leave the club in January. However, he is open to talks over a move come the end of the season. (Mirror)
Gerrard edging closer to Celtic:
The Liverpool legend revealed that he would love to be back at Anfield but expressed his desire to play for a Champions League club for the second half of the season.
Andy Lynch, former Celtic player who has ties with the MLS revealed that a move in January might see Gerrard team up with former Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers at Celtic in January. (Metro)
Coutinho has no release clause:
In what will come as great news for Liverpool fans, Philippe Coutinho, who is a transfer target for Barcelona, does not have a release clause in his contract with Liverpool.
The best player for Liverpool this season, Coutinho, has no chance of leaving the club any time soon with Barcelona yet to make an official approach for the star. (ESPN FC)

Liverpool will know that the quality the Coutinho possesses will see some top clubs move for him in the next two transfer windows and are now already making plans to find his replacement.

Liverpool have been on the search for some top class stars to add to their squad and have been monitoring the situation of Sassuolo striker Gregoire Defrel.
