According to latest reports, Manchester United could be just days away after Barcelona right-back Dani Alves agreed to move away from Camp Nou. The 31-year old’s contract will be expired at the end of the season and will be a free agent this summer. 

The Red devils have reportedly offered a far more superior deal when compared to the deal offered by Barcelona recently and the player have agreed to move to Old Trafford suggests the report. 

The player have also drawn interest from French giants PSG but Manchester United have offered a hefty contract for the player to quit Sapnish giants Barcelona this summer.

The player will provide much-needed pace as he can link up with attack and can play as wing-back in Louis van Gaal’s system. The defender’s experience will be an asset to Manchester United as their defence contains a lot of youngsters.

Alves have initially considered to stay at Barcelona but he is reportedly frustrated with the with the way Barcelona have gone about offering him a new deal. He has won four spanish league titles and two champions League titles with Barcelona in his seven year spell at Camp Nou.
