Manchester United’s Predicted XI To Face Middlesbrough: Mkhitaryan To Start!

The Red Devils will be looking forward to continuing their winning run in the league and in a bid do they do that they will not able to get the service of Luke Shaw yet again who has been nursing an injury for quite some time now.
The captain Wayne Rooney is also unviable to be fit for the match against Boro and the chances to be out of squad again are high. Good news for the Red Devils fans is that Mkhitaryan will be ready to play from the first minute.
GOALKEEPER: David De Gea
As always, the Spanish keeper will begin the contest against Boro in the starting XI.
DEFENCE: Valencia, Jones, Rojo & Blind
Three clean sheets in the last five matches, Mourinho appears to have brought the balance in the back four.
Rojo and Jones have made 146 clearances in the Premier League, more than any other CB combination, that means Eric Bailly will be out of the starting XI again. While Antonio Valencia and Daley Blind will occupy the full-back roles.
MIDFIELD: Herrera, Carrick & Pogba
During the recent weeks, United midfield three has given a perfect balance, and Mourinho will see no reason to change it up against Boro.
Carrick will continue to dictate the play from deep, allowing Herrera and Pogba to do the damage further up the field by supplying Ibrahimovic up front.
ATTACK: Mkhitaryan, Ibrahimovic & Lingard
The in-form Zlatan Ibrahimovic will lead the line and will be flanked by Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Jesse Lingad, although Mourinho could also opt to rotate in one of Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial to keep his wide players fresh ahead of more upcoming matches.
