Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Marco Verratti could be on a move from French capital this summer amid increasing speculations about his unhappiness over his role at the club. The Italian midfielder’s agent latest comments has further hinted about a potential move in summer transfer window.

The 24-year old midfielder is considered as one of the best young central defensive midfielders in Europe and has drawn interest from a host of clubs including Premier League giants Chelsea alongside German champions Bayern Munich.

Bayern are also determined to get the Italian midfielder in the summer, as Carlo Ancelotti eyes him as a perfect replacement for Xabi Alonso who will be retiring at the end of the season. However, it remains to be seen whether they will meet the massive evaluation of PSG. Meanwhile, agent di Campli was seen in Camp Nou in the recent weeks as Barcelona are also credited with interest.

However, despite all the interest from big clubs, Paris Saint-Germain are determined to keep hold off the Italian for the upcoming season. But agent di Campli has revealed that he will discuss on the future of Verratti in summer before making a decision on a move.

‘I don’t feel like saying anything,’ Donato Di Campli told Premium Sport.

‘A lot of wrong things have been said. I want to leave things calm, PSG aren’t in the happiest moment. We’ll ask for a meeting with the club to discuss Marco’s future.

‘The club has said that Marco won’t leave, so we have to respect the will of the club.

‘We will, however, make a point of the situation after the Coupe de France final.’

Chelsea have been heavily linked with a move to Verratti since last summer as the player has worked with Antonio Conte in the national side. Conte is believed to be a huge admirer of the 24-year old and is keen to bring him to Stamford Bridge in the summer in an attempt to strengthen his midfield going into Champions League next season.

However, the Blues will need to break their transfer record fee to land Verratti as he is one of the best midfielders in Europe and will take a lot of money to force a move from PSG in summer.
