Massive: Arsenal to lose Sanchez as Juventus prepare a big bid!

Arsenal confident to tie down Ozil and Sanchez

Arsenal star Alexis Sanchez is still on Juventus radar as they look to include more energy to their forward line.

The Italian champions are still interested in signing a forward despite already having secure the signing of Argentine striker Gonzalo Higuain, and have a number of names on their shortlist who they are keen to pursue in the coming month or so.

Other than the Argentine, Juventus have also been on the trail of Arsenal star Sanchez, and according to Italian daily Tuttosport, Juve are still hopeful to sign the Chilean this summer.

Arsenal are in no mood to sell the player and are reportedly preparing a new contract for the Chilean to ward off interest in him from clubs such as Juventus.

However, the Italian champions have already completed a world record deal to sell Paul Pogba to Manchester United as per latest reports, and will soon have the power to flex their financial muscle in the transfer market.

And there have also been suggestions that the former Udinese man could be interested in returning to Italy with Juventus if they can reach an agreement with Arsenal.

Sanchez has a contract until 2018 with the Gunners. The 27-year-old attacker suffered a swollen ankle in the Copa America final against Argentina and currently recovering from the injury.

While yearning for new investment is all well and good, ultimately, any new signings that Arsenal make this Summer are futile if they are unable to keep hold of their star players. Mesut Ozil, Hector Bellerin, and Olivier Giroud have all been linked with a move away from the Emirates.

While these rumors are rather unfounded and have little-substantiated evidence to base such claims, there is one player who is continually pushed towards an Arsenal exit through a variety of reports.

Now, these reports are becoming more and more significant, and it could well develop into the key story line of Arsenal’s lacking summer.
