Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool have found some ravishing form going into the business end of the season as they have now picked up some decent results in the last few games.

Their victory over Everton at the weekend lifted them to the third place and though teams around them have games in hand, results always matter and Klopp will be a happy man with the progress of the side in recent times.

Liverpool are now ten points off Chelsea at the top of the table but eight points off Arsenal in the sixth place. They have one of the easiest schedules remaining in the top flight of English football and are hot favourites to play in the Champions league next season.

However, they will first have to get over their voodoo against the weaker teams when they face Eddie Howe’s Bournemouth side at Anfield this weekend.

The Cherries held Southampton to a point at the St Marys at the weekend and will hope to put in a similar performance on the night but Liverpool are in good form and are expected to take all three points from this tie.

Here is the team news and predicted lineup for Klopp’s side for this tie:

Date: Wednesday, 5th April

Venue: Anfield, Liverpool

KO: 8:00 pm (12:30 am IST on Wednesday)

In-form winger Sadio Mane (knee) had a scan on his knee which showed tissue damage and Liverpool are now worried that he could be out for the rest of the season. Striker Danny Ings (knee) midfielders Adam Lallana (thigh); Jordan Henderson (ankle) are all out injured while English striker Daniel Sturridge (Groin) is back in training but may play no role in the first team yet under Jurgen Klopp.

Expected lineup (4-3-3):

Simon Mignolet; Nathaniel Clyne, Joel Matip, Dejan Lovren, James Milner; Lucas Leiva, Emre Can, Georginio Wijnaldum; Roberto Firmino, Divock Origi, Philippe Coutinho

This is how they would line up:
