Ahead of the kick-off, we take a look at the Predicted Chelsea lineup vs Stoke, which will see young guns Kenedy and Bertrand Traore make their second appearance in a row.
Predicted Chelsea Lineup vs Stoke
Kendey was a surprise selection from the left back against Norwich, and it paid off with the Brazilian scoring only after 39 seconds in to the game.
Rest of the defense stays the same with Cahill-Ivanovic-Azpilicueta occupying the remaining three spots in Hiddink’s defense.
The biggest debacle for Chelsea is the position where Cesc Fabregas plays. For the game against Stoke, Fabregas would be used from the deep-lying playmaker role along with John Obi-Mikel in central midfield.
Traore was another positive from the game against Norwich and he keeps his place in our Predicted Chelsea lineup vs Stoke. Willian could move to the Number 10 role with Eden Hazard playing from the left.
Diego Costa is a changed man under Guus Hiddink. He is banging goals for fun and is playing with a lot of fire in him. Gladly, Hiddink has found a way to tame down Costa, as we have not seen any act of violence from the Spaniard in recent games.
