The Premier League every season adds some star players to its squad in the offseason.

This summer, the clubs in the country have spent over a billion on transfers and have made the league more competitive.

But one other thing that billion has bought to the country is the glamour quotient. No, not of the stars themselves but of the wives and girlfriends that come along every summer.

Even this summer, with more than 300 deals done, there are a number of WAGs that have joined in on the action of the Premier League.

The former Augsburg defender has already impressed at his new club since his move early this summer. Klavan and his wife, Lili Orel, married on 10 June 2011. They have two sons: Romer (born 8 August 2012) and Ronan (born 13 August 2014).

Maria Angelica Riaño Tapias (Juan Camilo Zuniga, Watford):

The 30-year old Colombian international moved to the Premier League on loan from Napoli and has played every game of the new Premier League season. He is married to Maria Angelica Riaño Tapias at the age of 24.

Nieves Sanchez (Bernardo Espinosa, Middlesbrough):

The former Sporting Gijon center back is yet to make his debut in the Premier League but is a highly rated player in his country.

Ornella Montagna (Steven Defour, Burnley):

The 28-year old Belgium international has walked straight into Sean Dyche’s side this season and is an important part of the Burnley side in their fight against relegation.

Chiara Biasi (Simone Zaza, West Ham):

The 25-year old Italian striker moved to West Ham from Juventus on loan and is yet to make an appearance in the Premier League. He is married to Chiara Biasi for 3 years now.

Klaudia Adamczyk (Bartosz Kapustka, Leicester):

The Polish winger joined the English champions from Cracovia this summer and though he may not yet have played a game for the side, he will play a role in Leicester European and domestic campaign.

Leonita Lekaj (Granit Xhaka, Arsenal):

The former Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder has cemented his place in Arsenal’s starting XI already. He has been married to Leonita Lekaj for more than a year now.

Chantel Jeffries (Paul Pogba, Manchester United):

The world record signing for Manchester United bought back his girlfriend from Italy and will hope that they can have a successful time in Manchester this time around.
