As per the latest reports, French giants Paris Saint-Germain are lining up a bid for Arsenal star midfielder Francis Coquelin. The 24-year old has been the find of the season with his impressive performances throughout 2015.
Arsene Wenger has been highly impresed with the player and will not let the player go. With Arteta likely to return from injury next season, Wenger might prefer the experienced Arteta ahead of Coquelin.
The Frenchman want to take some assurances before committing his future to Gunners next season. Coquelin has caught the eye of Laurent Blanc with his string of impressive performances both in FA Cup and Premier League.
Coquelin has made 30 appearences for Gunners after returning from loan back in December. The player has joined Arsenal back in 2006 and have been often shipped out on loan by Wenger before breaking in to first team last season.
PSG want to make a bid for Coquelin as he could make a perfect pair with Marco Verratti in their defensive midfield. Arsene Wenger will not let the player leave but PSG can make anything possible with their financial muscle.
