Real Betis central midfielder Dani Ceballos is the latest transfer target for Spanish giants Real Madrid. The European champions have given the 20-year old a 24 hour ultimatum to decide on their offer, according to reports in Spain.

Ceballos, 20, is one of the best emerging talents in Spain and Los Blancos are keen to get him ahead of their arch rivals Barcelona this summer.
Having broken into the first team at Betis two seasons ago, Ceballos was one of the key players for the Spanish club in La Liga last season. He raked an impressive 30 league appearances and was primarily deployed as a central midfielder.
According to Marca, Real Madrid are ready to offer him a five or six year deal and a guarantee to be part of the senior squad. The club has given the 20-year 24 hours to think over the offer. The midfielder is yet to reach a decision but the report suggests he is favored on a move to Santiago Bernabeu.
Initially, Real Madrid was thought to sign him and send him back on loan to Real Betis or some other Spanish club which could help his development. However, the club are now keen to give him assurance over being part of senior squad.
One For The Future
Dani is definitely one of the brightest talents in Spain and the club are set to spend big on him to ensure he swaps his club over the weekend.
Real Madrid are clearly moving with a strategy this summer as they could spend their second summer window without signing a Galactico. Since Zidane took over the reigns at Bernabeu last season, the club has been very calculative over their signings.
Los Blancos are currently spending big to get bright youngsters to replace some of their stars in the future. Cellabos will be an ideal replacement for Modric, who is on the wrong side of 30s in the upcoming years.
The report also suggests Zidane is keen to take the 20-year old to the pre-season tour of the United States but since he came back from U-21 Euro championships, he is set to get an extended break till July 21.
