Amidst Liverpool rumours, Robert Lewandowski’s agent has spoken out for the first time. He probably ends up giving hope to Liverpool fans, as Lewandowski’s agent has not ruled out a possibility for a transfer.
Maik Barthel, the agent of Lewandowski has named his client’s price tag and admits interest from British clubs.
Today afternoon, Maik Barthel has said that ”It would be wrong to say there is no interest(from England)”.
He also named his client’s price tag. He says, “I think it would have to be a very high offer (to sign Lewa), definitely higher than £35m.”
Barthel told all this in an interview with BILD.
These days, players are getting sold at a high price. Liverpool sold Raheem Sterling for $49 million, currently Lewandowski is Europe’s best out and out striker. A price tag over $70 million at least will be needed to lure Bayern to sell the number 9.
Bild has reported that ”Bayern Munich forwards Robert Lewandowski and Arjen Robben have “fallen out” over the Dutchman’s selfishness on the ball”.
Bild report that Lewandowski has even slammed Arjen Robben on the pitch, and that the issue between them has continued from there and Lewandowski is tired of Robben’s selfishness and keep the ball to himself.
On this matter, Lewandowski has said , “I don’t want to say anything…you have seen it already for yourself”.
Robben also added to the fire by saying : “That happens sometimes vice versa. In the first half were a few situations where he can play different. We need to remain critical with each other. This ambition is good.”
The number 9, who has scored 19 goals from 17 apps this season may have a transfer come summer, though his agent says Lewandowski is not immediately leaving Bayern.
SportBild has just claimed that Jurgen Klopp would like to be reunited with Robert Lewandowski.
Klopp has the money for a deal and Liverpool can afford him.
Bild reckons Liverpool have a plan of attack on Robert Lewandowski and can afford him.
