Manchester United’s assistant manager and former player Ryan Giigs dismissed reports of rift with the manager Louis van Gaal and claimed that he is enjoying his life under the Dutch boss.
There has been a lot of speculations regarding Louis van Gaal and Ryan Giggs after their 0-1 away victory against Newcastle United. Manchester United’s scored a late winner in 89th minute courtesy of Tim Krul’s mistake, Louis van Gaal was pumped up in celebrations and his assistant Ryan Giggs seemed to be not interested and stayed mute.
But Ryan Giggs said he merelyy tried to maintain his composure as the match is not yet done and there is a chance for Newcastle United to pull back level with an equaliser.
Giigs said – “I’m working as hard as I can and enjoying every minute of it. It’s coming to that part of the season where the media will look at any little thing just to make it more exciting and more interesting.
Asked about his Dutch boss, Giggs added: “I’ve really enjoyed working under him and learning something new every day. I’m learning under a great manager.
“He’s won everything and to work under someone like Louis is a great experience for me. He’s been brilliant with me and given me a lot of responsibility. Each day I learn something different and I love working with the players. I’ve been given a great opportunity to be assistant of a club that I’ve spent my whole career at,” he continued.
