In a rather bizarre circumstance, Chelsea’s star striker Diego Costa has expressed his desires to leave Chelsea immediately.

Reasons are yet to be revealed but Sun Sports can confirm that the Spanish striker has told his friends about his desire to quit Stamford Bridge.

Costa recently arrived from the Spanish side Atletico Madrid for a reported 32million in the summer and was an instant hit. The Spaniard scored 20 goals in 24 appearances in the Premier League which ended the trophy drought for the Blues.

However, as per Spains’s leading newspaper, Marca Costa is reportedly finding it very hard to settle to life in London and seeks a move away. For now, it is being thought that the climate and weather are the reasons for his discomfort and the striker wants a move back to La Liga.

Atletico Madrid are the favorites to re-sign the player in the summer with Antoine Griezmann being a major part of this smashing deal in prospect. Chelsea have also been heavily linked with a move to sign Radamel Falcao from AS Monaco.

The Colombian found it tough in the Premier League with Manchester United last season but being the lone striker under Jose Mourinho would indeed bring the best out of Falcao.
