EA Sports have made their decision and have nominated four players for their upcoming FIFA 17 cover. Anthony Martial, Eden Hazard, James Rodriguez and Marco Reus are the players who have made it to the top four.

FC Barcelona superstar Lionel Messi has been featuring on the cover picture for the past four seasons, but shockingly the gaming giants have decided to omit him this time.

Since 2013, Messi has been the only player to appear on the EA Sports FIFA covers and the gamers are pretty much used to seeing his face on the cover again and again, but this time totally unexpectedly the gaming giants have not included the 29 year old striker in the list.

Anthony Martial:

After netting 17 times in his debut season for Manchester United, the Frenchman Anthony Martial has received many praises from various fans and football pundits and now it’s all up to the voting, will his face be on the FIFA 17 cover? Let’s see!

Eden Hazard:

The Chelsea bound Belgian midfielder arguably had the worst season of his career with only four goals in the entire EPL 2015/16 season. But finally, the Belgian winger has shown his class in the Euro 2016.

James Rodriguez:

Real Madrid talisman James Rodriguez was also out of form at the Madrid club. It started pretty well for James under Rafa Benitez but since Zidane’s arrival, the Colombian ace has struggled. However, James looked brilliant in the Copa America 2016 in the USA, despite failing to win the competition.

Marco Reus:

The Borussia Dortmund main man Marco Reus stunned the doubters by scoring 19 goals in all competitions playing for the Bundesliga club and certainly deserves to be on the list being a fan favourite of the gamers.
