Though Mourinho might be leaving Stamford Bridge without any show of love from his players who he blamed for the terrible season (that explains it!), a certain John Terry has posted a tribute for the Portuguese thanking him for everything he has done for the club and him.

Mourinho was sacked as Chelsea manager on Thursday after they lost to Leicester City on Monday. The loss saw the blues just one position shy of a relegation spot. With the management running out of patience, a supposed mutual agreement was reached with the Mourinho camp and the Special One bid goodbye to the club where he is (or was) loved.

John Terry was one of the some players who were sad at the departure of the man from the club and showed their respect for the same. While Fabregas expressed his gratitude through Twitter, the captain took to Instagram to show his love for the boss. Terry wrote “ThankYou doesn’t seem enough. Sad sad day. Gonna miss you Boss. The Very Best I have EVER worked with, unbelievable memories together”.

Terry and Mourinho have endured a lot together. Mourinho has always shown trust in the Englishman and the defender has always been right on his money. From back to back Premier League titles to a relegation scare, Terry and Mourinho stuck with each other. And a tribute doesn’t get better than this!
