Tottenham Hotspur agree deal for Everton target

The deadline day, the last day of the summer transfer window, has always provided its share of spills and thrills over the years.
The Premier League’s deadline extends an hour over most other top leagues in Europe and club’s have in the past made high profile deals even in that extension.
White Hart Lane outfit Tottenham Hotspur have joined in on the action late this summer as they have now reportedly completed their latest summer signing.
Newcastle United star Moussa Sissoko, one of the many stars for the French national team in their journey to the finals of the EURO16 recently, has reportedly agreed a 5-year contract with Mauricio Pochettino’s London outfit.
Atleast, according to a reliable French news outfit. The 27-year old was one of the few players who managed to keep his pride in Newcastle’s relegation marred season and has been linked with a move back to the Premier League for some time now.
However, earlier today, it was reported that Ronald Koeman’s Merseyside outfit Everton were close to landing the player.
The French star was also linked to a move to Real Madrid and has reportedly signed a contract with the Spurs for £30m which will see him join them in Europe.
No official word is out yet and with just less than a hour of the window left, we can only wait to know if its true.
