Transfer talk: Gunners eyeing Ligue 1 hitman

Arsenal are planning a bid for Marseille’s young striker Michy Batshuayi, French media reports.

Arsene Wenger was reluctant to buy any single player in the summer transfer window but according to a media outlet from France, Mercato 365 Arsenal are eager to recruit a positive young striker in the January transfer window. The report said Arsene Wenger already earmarked Marseille striker Michy Batshuayi’s good run League 1 as he aims to bolster his squad as quickly as possible.

Danny Welbeck is sidelined till the new year and Olivier Giroud struggling to find his last season’s form, bringing in a positive striker is now on top of the wish list as the Gunners aim to win a significant title challenge this season.
