Defending Champions MAnchester City held Current league leaders Chelsea 1-1 at the end of 90 minutes at Stamford Bridge in the match that touted as the title decider. Frenchman Loic Remy gave the hosts a 1-0 lead before Spanish midfielder David Silva scored the equalizer just before the half-time.
