Rome, Nov 18 (IANS) Valencia’s Italian coach Cesare Prandelli said Spain’s national football team that won the European Championship in 2012 was better than everyone else in the championship.

Prandelli, who signed for Valencia on October 1, led Italy in the European Championship 2012 final, but fell 0-4 against Spain, reports Efe.

In an interview with Italian newspaper on Thursday Corriere della Sera, the coach praised the Spanish football team, and stressed its strong identity.

On Valencia, Prandelli added that the team has a young group with a good tactical base, while the fans are getting more and more demanding.
