Argentina legend Diego Maradona and Juan Veron has had a clash against each other in a charity game in Rome on Wednesday.
The duo have participated in the Game of Peace arranged by Pope Francis, who is a huge fan of football, and the fixture had some of the legendary names involved with few active players like Ronaldinho and Totti involved.
The 55-year old have not appeared happy with the tackles made by Veron as the duo had a heated exchange at half time as they headed to dressing room.
‘I don’t f**k you about, I tell you straight to your face idiot,’ Maradona told Veron in the heated exchange.
Even the security squad had to intervene the pair at half time as the duo has not enjoyed good time together with the national team when Maradona managed Argentina national team in 2010.
The 55-year old has managed Veron in Argentina national team between 2008 and 2010. However, Stefano Mauri, who was part of the Blue Team said : “It was fine in the locker room, they were laughing together during the break.”
