Nothing has gone right for the Stamford Bridge outfit this campaign right from the sacking of Jose Mourinho after a poor start to the season.
Guus Hiddink, the interim manager has done a good job so far but he will not be able to take the team to Europe next season and this has left the Champions of England last season going into a season of transition just 12 months later.
Lack of Champions League football will always hamper the chances of a the club attracting star players but Chelsea have a problem of their own at the Bridge.
A number of players who are not happy with their current situation at the club this season are set to move away this summer.
Starting with Diego Costa who wants to go back to Atletico Madrid, Chelsea seem to be losing star player Eden Hazard as well to PSG leaving them without two of the players that helped them to the Premier League trophy last season.
And to add to this misery, recent reports from Tuttosport have revealed that Italian Champions Juventus are tracking another Blues’ mid-fielder.
Brazilian international Oscar, who was in the past linked with a move away from the club is understood to be high on the wish list at Turin as Juventus try to assert their dominance in Europe.
Just last summer, the Italian outfit were keen on brining Oscar to Italy after the exit of Andrea Pirlo. However, a deal could not be agreed between the two parties at that time but with valuation of just £25m, Juventus are now keen on getting their man this summer.
Though earlier this season, Oscar revealed that he wants to play for Chelsea in years to come and win trophies with the Blues, with a lot changing in the club, the Brazilian is understood to be pondering over a potential move this summer.
Oscar is one of the most disciplined players in the Premier League and has plenty of offensive attributes that make him a very useful player for any club.
He is technically gifted with great ability on the ball and is also good with set-pieces close to the box.
He has not been able to cement a place in the starting XI and lack of regular playing time has hampered his progress at the club.
However, the Italian outfit have recognized his situation at in England and are ready to give him a chance to redeem his career and make a name for himself in the highest stage in Europe.
Do you think Chelsea can keep hold of Oscar this summer?
