In what would have been a surprise for the Tennis fans, Sania Mirza and Rohan Boppana beat Maria Sharapova and Andy Murray by 6-1 in the International Premier Tennis League today.

In the mixed doubles, which Sania and Rohan have concentrated on in their career so far did their best against not so well versed with doubles, Murray and Sharapova. The co-ordination between Sharapova and Murray was missing and that’s what was there in plenty between Sania Mirza and Rohan Boppana as they take lead by 18-12 by games winning the 4th set 6-1.

Indian Aces win 24-15 against Manila Mavericks. This was Indian Aces second in as many days as they top the table.
