Arsenal ran through Huddersfield’s defence at the Emirates Stadium on Wednesday, as the Gunners won 5-0. Alexander Lacazatte opened the scoring in the third minute. Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil scored one goal each. Striker Oliver Giroud scored a brace for the home team.
Chelsea Vs Swansea City
Chelsea managed to get past Swansea city, as Antonio Rudiger scored his first Premier League goal to help the London side win. Rudiger scored the only goal in the 55th minute.
Manchester City Vs Southampton
Raheem Sterling helped Manchester City again, as he scored a late winner in injury time to help the league leaders save two points and get all three points to maintain a lead of eight points. Southampton, on the other hand, impressed with their attacking but lost 2-1 in the end.
Stoke City Vs Liverpool
Mo Salah scored another brace against Stoke City to become league top goal-scorer taking his tally t 12 goals in 14 matches. Sadio Mane scored the first goal of the match, as Liverpool won the match 3-0.
Weightlifting World Championship
Mirabai Chanu, who hails from Imphal made history on Wednesday, as she won Gold in the 48Kg category. She became the first Indian to win a gold medal at the Weightlifting World Champion after Karnam Malleswari achieved the feat in 1995.
Car manufacturers Alfa Romeo is all set to re-enter Formula One after nearly 30 years but just, as title sponsors of Sauber starting in 2018.

Barcelona Vs Murcia
Barcelona cruised past Murcia in the second leg, as they won the match 5-0 to get into the round of 16 of Copa Del Rey. Barcelona won the contest 8-0 on aggregate.
Atletico Madrid Vs Elche
Atletico Madrid got into the round of 16 by beating Elche 3-0 courtesy a brace by veteran striker Fernando Torres.
